My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room didn't meet my expectations as I was given a single bed instead of the suite I booked initially. However, the room was still nice and clean, but it wasn't ready until late in the evening. The service was exceptional with the staff going above and beyond for my family, but there were some unfriendly encounters aside from the cleaning crew. The location was excellent, offering a quiet and relaxing setting right on a beautiful white sand beach. Unfortunately, the dining options were lacking although the idea of a nice addition such as wine from the staff seemed appealing.

My stay at the hotel was excellent, with a wonderful location close to the beach and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, the dining options were slightly lacking. The facilities, particularly the pool area, were well-kept and enjoyable. The value for the price paid was reasonable.

I stayed in an ocean front room that felt more like an upgraded hotel room. While it wasn't ready until after 6 pm, it was clean except for a dark ring in the bathtub.

The hotel's surroundings are immaculate, with beautiful amenities, a lovely lobby, good coffee, and 2 pools with excellent grilling areas. The proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store across the street was wonderful.
